What kind of photo looks best printed on wood?
We recommend using lighter photos, to enhance the natural wood grain. Darker photos make the wood grain become obscure.
How do you print on wood?
We have spent years in the image industry and have developed techniques to be able to print directly on the wood, making our prints beautiful and durable.
What files do you accept?
We accept JPG,PNG, PDF, GIF - for best results we advise that the image be no smaller the 300dpi. We will use it but you will most likely get pixilation, which we will not be held responsible for. Max file size: 20MB
Will my wood print look like the photo I see on my screen?
No, your photo will not look like the photo on your screen. Each piece of wood that is printed on, has a unique wood grain and some have blemishes, which makes your picture one of a kind. Because there is no white base, the picture will take on the natural color of the wood, giving it a warm color throughout the final product.
How long will my order take to make?
Typical turnaround time on a custom order is about 4-6 business days, after approval. However, a larger order, or an order during holidays, may take a little longer.
How long does it take to ship?
Typically an order will take about 2-3 business days to get to most Canadian cities, however some rural towns may take upto 5-6 business days depending on where you are. For U.S clients it may take up-to 8 business days depending on border hold ups and transit times to your state.

Convenient slots are placed on the back where a screw can easily be slid in.
Do you do rush orders?
We do our best to ship out every print as soon as we can. Unfortunately we do not do rushes at this point in time.
